How to Whitelist Withdrawal Addresses (on APP)

Address book of trusted addresses:

When withdrawing funds to trusted addresses, users do not need to go through the regular verification process, which includes SMS verification code, email verification code, Google/Gate authenticator code and fund password. Please make sure that the addresses are absolutely safe before adding them to the address book.

How to whitelist withdrawal addresses on app:

Step 1: Open mobile app and log in to your account. Go to "Wallet" - "Withdraw" and select a coin.

Step 2: Click on the ledger icon next to the the recipient address box.


Step 3: click "Add new address" on top right.

Step 4: Select your preferred chain and enter the recipient address, deion of the address (optional), fund password, SMS verification code, Google/Gate authenticator code and email verification code. Check "Set as safe address" and click on "Save".


Step 5: Once a safe address is saved successfully, you will be able to view it in the coin's "Withdrawl address lists". If you want to delete a safe address, click on "Edit" on top right. Click on "Add new address" if you want to add more safe addresses to this coin.
