Guide to Deposit Self-Help Acceleration(on web)
Gate.io
Updated at:72 days 14 hours ago
In order to improve user experience and alleviate the problem of transactions taking too long due to network traffic and other reasons, Gate.io has launched the "self-help acceleration" feature. When making a deposit, if it is taking a longer time than usual for the deposit to complete, or the record of the deposit is missing, you can use the "self-help acceleration" feature to accelerate the process.

Please wait patiently for 5-30 minutes after submitting the acceleration request to see if it is credited. If it still not, you can continue to wait for 60 more minutes or submit a ticket. (Help center article on how to submit a ticket: https://www.gate.io/en/help/guide/common/23119)

How to use the self-help acceleration feature

Step 1: Log in to your account on Gate.io website. Place your cursor over "Wallet" on the top-right corner and then click on "Deposit".

Step 2: Select the coin that is going to be deposited. Scroll down to the "Self-help acceleration" button, then click on it.

Step 3: Select the category of GateChain. Then click on "Next".

Step 4: Input the transaction hash (TxID) and click on "OK".

Step 5: Wait patiently after submitting the request for acceleration.
